Guys:

For intra-articular or peri-articular anti-inflam injections, what medications do you use?

I mix dexamethasone phosphate with dexamethasone acetate and some local anethesthetic.

While it depends somewhat on the application, i generally use a little kenalog-10 mixed with some 1% lido plain.

I typically will use 1% lido, 0.5% marcaine and 0.5 cc DepoMedrol 40.
