Present Podiatry e-talk continues to be my DPM blog for education, fraternization, sharing views and trends and most important developing a peer reviewed middle, all inclusive foundation for podiatry practice in America that looks at all options.

At this moment, when posting, the milieu may be veering off course and I admit to owning my part of it.

I will continue to monitor e-talk but will cease posting on this site for 6 weeks.

I remain available by email @ drsha@lifestylepodiatry.com for think tanking and sharing during this hiatus period and welcome comments privately.

Hey, I luv a good time out and reset, I usually call that a vacation. We all should take those.

    Jeff,

I'm puzzled ... why would anyone make such an announcement? Is that policy here?

I'm reminded of the "Elvis has left the building announcement"

Perhaps a 'time out' and press the reset button .... not a bad thing from time to time?

Dieter - can you tell us the ten most important articles in EBM in podiatry between the years of 1967 and 1973??

Who are you, and why are you pretending to be Dr. Kass!

Dan - bless your heart if you can't get answers here do you think you'll get answers in a private email???

The field is rich for picking. I am especially curious to know how Dr. Shav reconciles his most common foot-type (RR:FF) and the forefoot directed approach to foot correction, with that of the Hyprocure procedure, also advocated by him and pursued in clinical practice. Very much looking forward to hearing the rationale for that one.

I appreciate everything that Dr. Shavelson and all my teachers taught me at NYCPM. Teachers all care about helping students learn. It was very kind of you to make your email available to think tank and share.

Podiatry.com is supposed to be a place to make friends, socialize and learn.
