Juan C Goez, DPM examines the causes and presentation of posterior heel pain that results from Achilles tendon inflammation and exostosis. Dr Goez discusses differential diagnoses and the clinical and imaging presentations of retrocalcaneal exostosis and offers recommendations for initial conservative treatments and surgical interventions.
