Steven Needell, MD provides an overview of the bone and soft tissue disorders that MRIs can visualize. Dr Needell provides MRI examples of bone trauma, osteonecrosis, osteomyelitis, etc, and describes the MRI characteristics of these. He also talks of soft tissue masses, tarsal tunnel, and entrapment neuropathies.

Dr Bernstein then offers a treatment protocol when pathology exists via ultrasound guided amnion-chorion allograft injections. He reviews which patients are appropriate candidates.
