Dr Tawfick explains the different modes of oxygen delivery, including the difference between cyclical-pressure and continuous diffusion approaches to topical oxygen delivery. He also reviews the outcome evidence supporting the use of topical wound oxygen therapy in healing venous and edematous ulcers as well as summarizing the benefits that topical wound oxygen can provide to patients with venous and other leg ulcerations.
