Can Unstable Ankle Fractures be Treated Conservatively?

Clinical and radiological outcomes are limited for treatment of unstable ankle fractures. Five randomized controlled trials that examined surgical versus conservative interventions were reviewed in this paper in a systematic analysis to determine clinical and radiological outcomes.
